Quick way to receive Microsoft Support in Australia

We all know how hard it is to get technical support from Microsoft. Unless you have access to Admin console, then you can create a new ticket in their, and receive phone support in 1-12 hours.

If you don’t have Admin / portal access to Microsoft, you can try the Australian number (132 058). Only problem with this is it is basically a Level 1 support option, where they confirm identity (via notification email to alternate/ primary email address). They then take your support request details, and lodge the ticket, and say next tier of support will contact you in 24-48 hours. Last I heard, this is now pushing out to 7 business days due to enforcement of 2FA, and compulsory enrollment in Authenticator app issues.

A third option I have found that I have found is via this URL:

It says Sales Support, but once you are in the chat window, it gives an option for Technical Support, Billing Support, and Sales.

I used Sales Support, and got instant support on some billing issues, and also got a quick quote on Commercial Direct licenses. This was really handy whilst transitioning a client from a reseller model for Microsoft 365 seats compared to Reseller seats.
