New client discount and referral bonus for existing clients

Hey Everyone,

We all know how valuable new clients are.   There are companies out there that you may know that don't have good IT support, or have IT staff onsite, but require outsourcing to consultants like us.

We are not chasing clients that are satisfied with their current IT support; just ones that aren't.

My current clients can all testify we have great response times, can fix issues, and don't overcharge.

From now on, I will offer NEW clients 50% off labour for 30 days.  That's $60 per hour including GST during our office hours.  This will be capped at $500.

I will then offer the client that refers me to their friends 50% off their AD-HOC hourly rate, or 50% off the fixed price contract for that month (all discounts capped at $500 for that month per client).

Disclaimer: The discount does not include hardware, software, email, website, DNS or backup accounts; those are already razor thin margins!
