Having trouble viewing staff members shared calendar events???

I tried a lot of sharing settings so a business owner could see his installers appointments.

Now you could view all calendar events if you had permissions to see their Exchange mailboxes as well, but if you simply wanted to view a shared calendar and its events (with editor permissions), then the fix below worked for me:

You may want to turn off caching in Outlook for the shared calendar folder by doing the following:
1) In Outlook, navigate to File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
2) Click the Change button > More Settings.
3) Go to the Advanced tab and then uncheck the Download Shared Folder option.

You may have to clean up the calendars a bit afterwards, but this worked for me.
